Clinical Services
Andrea Sulak, M.Psy provides humanistic psychotherapy within the scope of practice of a Michigan–licensed Limited License Psychologist (LLP). Psychotherapy services are clinically focused and are intended to address emotional and psychological concerns through established therapeutic methods, in accordance with professional standards and ethical guidelines
Alternative & Spiritual Services
I also offer separate, non-clinical services intended for personal growth, self-exploration, and spiritual support. These services include Chakradance™ – a guided movement and meditation practice based on the chakra system; Dance Coven – an expressive, movement-based practice; Reiki and chakra-based services such as chakra balancing, chakra toning, and education on the energetic and symbolic aspects of the chakra system; and shamanic-inspired practices that support connection to inner guidance, ancestral wisdom, and the natural world.
These alternative and spiritual services are not psychotherapy, are not mental health treatment, and are not a substitute for psychotherapy or other licensed healthcare services. They are provided independently of psychotherapy services and are not combined with psychotherapy sessions, nor are they offered within the context of a therapeutic relationship. Individuals receiving psychotherapy services do not receive these alternative services concurrently.
Shamanic coaching is a non-clinical, spiritually oriented practice that supports personal growth, self-reflection, and connection to inner guidance using shamanic-informed tools and perspectives. It often draws from cross-cultural shamanic traditions and may include practices such as guided visualization or journeying, ritual, symbolism, nature-based reflection, chakra balancing, chakra toning, somatic release and other intentional practices designed to foster insight, clarity, and personal liberation.
Chakradance™ is a healing movement practice that combines spontaneous, free-form dance with music specifically composed to resonate with the body’s seven major chakras, guiding participants into an inner journey of release, self-discovery, and energetic balance. It’s often described as a dynamic, moving meditation that helps people open blocked energy, connect with their true selves, and support emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being through dance, meditation and inner awareness.
Dance Coven is a spiritual meditation practice rooted in embodied movement, collective ritual, and inner alchemy. It is a sacred dance journey where the body becomes the vessel and the teacher, guiding us through transformation by transmitting pain into wisdom.
Reiki is an energy-based, non-clinical practice that supports relaxation, self-awareness, and personal growth. It involves gentle, hands-on or hands-off techniques intended to promote a sense of calm and balance within the body’s energy system.
