About Andrea Sulak, M.Psy

Andrea Sulak earned her master’s degree in Humanistic Psychology in 1999. In her clinical practice, Andrea provides humanistic, client-centered psychotherapy focused on supporting emotional well-being, self-understanding, and authentic living. Her approach integrates evidence-informed and humanistic techniques, including active listening, reflective dialogue, Gestalt methods, experiential exercises, somatic awareness, cognitive behavioral strategies, and Internal Family Systems, helping clients explore feelings, gain insight, and foster self-acceptance and resilience.
Andrea, separate from psychotherapy, offers a variety of non-clinical, alternative services designed to support personal growth, self-exploration, and spiritual development. These include Chakradanceâ„¢, Dance Coven, Reiki, shamanic-informed coaching, and chakra-based education and balancing. She has also led transformational workshops and gives inspirational talks, guiding individuals and groups to connect with their inner guidance, gain clarity, and cultivate vitality and purpose.
